BluePrint Builder Series 383/436HP Standard Edition EFI crate engine and 700R4 transmission combos take the guesswork out of matching up an engine and transmission for your ride. Featuring a fuel injected Chevy small block-compatible 383 (c.i.d.) engine that produces 436 horsepower, this standard edition builder series includes a polished pulley kit and 700R4 automatic transmission. The aluminum BluePrint Engines cylinder heads help produce a nice 10.0:1 compression ratio, with assistance from the hydraulic roller camshaft, hypereutectic pistons, and steel crankshaft. Altogether, this assembly produces 443 lbs.-ft. of torque.
